Homebot is a platform aimed at getting agents reconnected with their past clients. LinkedIn Crawling, sponsoring teams, and ads can get you traction. Reconnecting with previous buyers and their networks can get you more traction.

Homebot works primarily with lenders as it is an educational tool for homeowners to understand their mortgages. Agents play a vital role in the refinance process.

2. CMA requests

There are instances-- such as upgrades, additions, neighborhood developments, etc-- that do not get tracked in the data sources that Homebot compiles. Homeowners may feel that their home valuation is "Too Low" or "Too High".

They are taken through a series of questions to understand why they think that their home value is too low or too high.
